Starting salary: NJC 4 Sp 18 – 21 £11,745 - £13,089 (fte £18,070 - £20,138)
Prospect School is looking to take on enthusiastic Learning Mentors. Learning Mentors work within several areas such as Learning Support, Behaviour Support or in the Bridge (specialist Resource for students with specific or moderate learning difficulties), although you may be required to work in any of these areas at times as required. Please indicate a preference.
The post holder will be committed to helping students in removing barriers to learning. You will need to be flexible and effective with a good understanding on how to motivate pupils to learn. The skills for the role include an enthusiasm to support each pupil to reach their full potential.
