Prospect Art Students showcase their work
Prospect's creatives exhibit their art at Reading Crown Court
This Saturday Prospect student’s will have their artwork showcased in Reading Crown Court as part of a heritage open day’s art competition 'The Rule of Law'.
The display will feature as Reading Crown Court open their doors to the public to encourage a greater understanding of the criminal justice system.
Activities alongside the art exhibition will include being able to sit as a juror in a mock trial, a tour of the court cells and various talks from various criminal justice professionals on how the law works in the UK.
The student’s work will be part of display based on the Fifth Floor near Court 6 and the Foyer with a presentation about the art starting at 12.15.
Our burgeoning artists at the show include four pupils just starting year 8, two about to embark on their GCSE art in year 9 & an A level student.
The Open day is this Saturday, 9th September 10am - 2pm. Entry is free
